FADO (english poetry)

I’ve been a tad sad lately, my compositions take a more earthly, simple form. I don’t dislike it, I suppose it’s just another facet of poetry: it changes.

    1. No need to be sorry, sad is such a beautiful state to be in. Feeling, in itself, is beauty, the only one we all own.
Your concern, however, is warming and very much appreciated. Thank you, my dear, thank you.

  1. This is a splendid piece. I wonder if I would ever be able to reach the level you have attained though I know poetry is nothing about level, it is about your outlook and the definition of poetry itself. Still, hats off to you sir.

    1. Oh, thank you so much! I wouldn’t consider myself at any level, really. I’ve started very recently (hence why being called sir is strange, as I’m twenty-two). But I’m eternally glad for those words, they mean a lot.
